I've known and worked with Brad for over 8yrs. When it came time to buy my home Brad was the guy I chose for my home search. He put in the effort and then some between arranging viewing places: introducing me to the finance company I ultimately worked with and helped get the last steps of the deal done. What he did during the crazy ultra competitive SoCal market made all the difference in the end. Here we are 15 months later and he helped beyond the close when we needed some help.
